At Sneaky&Tee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process in line with UK consumer law.

1. Right to Cancel and Return

You have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us at sneakyandtee@gmail.com with your order details, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

Once your return request has been submitted, you will have a further 14 days to return the items to us for a full refund.

2. Returning Your Items

• All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
• If items are returned to us used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund to cover the diminished value.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. You can return these items within 30 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for any faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us at info@sneakyandtee.com to arrange the return.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• We will refund the cost of standard delivery; however, if you selected express or premium shipping options, these are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy, including:

• Custom-made or personalised items.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food products).
• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (e.g., swimwear, underwear).
